The webinar looked into the new approaches to the Holodomor-genocide research, namely monopolistic parties as perpetrators of genocides, examining genocidal intentionality in the areas of victim selection and purpose of the violence, targets of the Soviet genocide in Ukraine, the effects of the Holodomor.
